Tshepo Nonyana is the founder of Maneng Consulting. He completed his South African Institute of Chartered Accountant articles with BDO South Africa Inc. and worked for the South African Reserve Bank as an Accountant and has over 15 years experience in accounting, banking, employee benefit, investments, auditing and consulting. He also has extensive public sector experience which he gained at Auditor General ,where he audited all spheres of government. He recently served as a Financial Director of a financial services company and Fund Manager for various Provident Funds entities in Johannesburg. He holds a Diploma in Auditing from Tshwane University of Technology and Postgraduate Certificate in Accountancy from UKZN. He is a Registered Accountant with a professional accountancy bodies i.e. the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and South African Institute of Business Accountants and General Tax Practitioner (SA) with the South African Institute of Tax Practitioners and SARS. He is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.

Alexius Mukanganyama is a qualified Chartered Accountant who completed his articles with SizweNtsalubaGobodo Inc. He has over 4 years experience in external and internal audit, consulting and financial accounting. He has experience in the energy, telecommunications, hospitality, non-profit industries respectively. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Monash University South Africa, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Accounting Sciences from the University of South Africa. He has completed both the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants qualifying board exams. Alexius is highly passionate in the field of financial accounting.

Kgasago Mphele Gladstone has a national diploma in Finance and Accounting (Public) and Btech in finance and and Accounting (Public) all from the Tshwane university of Technology. Worked for Capitec bank for 5 years from 2012 to 2016, and was promoted to Assistant Branch manager in March 2014. Currently working for Maneng Consulting Inc as a Tax Consultant.

Almon Dladla is a Chartered Accountant and Registered auditor with IRBA. He hold BCom Accounting degree, BCom Accounting Honours degree/CTA with the University of Johannesburg. He has more than 5 years’ experience in the field of auditing, accounting, consulting & training. He recently served as financial manager for JSE listed companies.

Lerato Nonyane is a Qualified Human RESOURCES Generalist and holds a degree in HR Management with TUT and is in the process of completing her honors degree in BCom HRM with Mancosa. She holds a qualification in Business psychology and human behavior from Unisa. She has more than 12 years experience in the field of Human Resources Management as a generalist and has specialized in Labor relations and employment law for 7 years as well as specialized in Bbbee and economic development. she has solid experience in the field of Mining, construction, RENEWABLE energy, Retail, Financial Services, public sector, Manufacturing etc. as a Human Resources Generalist at a management level.
